Adam appeared in Darwin at trial in Division 1 of the FCFCOA in a parenting matter. The Court held that the father perpetrated acts of family violence and that the mother and child remained at a continuing risk of harm of possible further acts of family violence perpetrated by the father in the event of unsupervised time. The Court ordered the father spend time with the child each fortnight supervised at a children’s contact centre.
